Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time:

• Orders arrive in 7-18 open days depending on where you live.

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping worldwide

Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping:

• We currently ship to select countries. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Please contact Contact.RunningTeddy@gmail.com if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

Running Teddy – Return & Refund Policy

At Running Teddy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:

Returns:

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, please email Contact.RunningTeddy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product for the same item in a different size or style, please contact us at Contact.RunningTeddy@gmail.com.
